Designed with endurance in mind, the Forte Fitness speed ropes are great for mastering high speed skipping, and performing high volume double unders (or triple unders).
Available in three styles, our speed ropes come with a 3m coated wire cable and an allen key, allowing you to achieve the correct length.
An integral bearing keeps the cable moving freely and smooth. The aluminium handles feature a knurled finish for superior and comfortable grip.
